Less than Significant Impact with Mitigation Clause Samples
Less than Significant Impact with Mitigation. The proposed project has temporary construction impacts and long-term impacts. Temporary impacts are short-term impacts associated with grading and construction activities. Temporary impacts include air emissions during construction, decreased water quality as a result of construction activities, noise impacts during construction and similar impacts. These temporary impacts, in combination with other construction projects in Yolo County, will be reduced to a less-than-significant level through implementation of the mitigation measures described in this Initial Study.
Less than Significant Impact with Mitigation. As discussed in the Air Quality and Biological Resources sections of the Initial Study, the proposed project could result in potentially significant temporary impacts as a result of construction. These impacts have the potential to degrade the quality of the environment and impact Special Status Species. However, implementation of mitigation measures described in this Initial Study would reduce these individual impacts to less- than-significant levels.
