Common use of Less than Full Clause in Contracts

Less than Full. time Employees. All regularly scheduled less than full-time employees working at least thirty-nine (39) weeks per year and twenty (20) or more hours per week are within the bargaining unit. Any changes in the scheduled hours of these positions will be discussed with the Pro-Tech prior to the effective date of change. The hours worked will be maintained on an annual basis and used to determine future eligibility for and/or prorata share of benefits (See Article 9 for a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ discussion of benefit eligibility for less than full-time employees).
