Lenders May Waive Sample Clauses

Lenders May Waive. The Majority of the Lenders may at any time waive any Default or Event of Default which may have occurred, provided that no such waiver shall extend to or be taken in any manner whatsoever to affect any subsequent Default or Event of Default or the rights or remedies resulting therefrom. No such waiver shall be effective unless given by the Administrative Agent in writing with the consent of the Majority of the Lenders.
