Common use of Lenders’ Independent Investigation Clause in Contracts

Lenders’ Independent Investigation. Each of the Lenders represents and warrants to the Agent and BMO that it has made its own independent investigation of the financial condition and affairs of the Obligors in connection with the establishment of credit for the Borrower hereunder, and that it has not relied on any information provided to it by the Agent or BMO in connection therewith, and each represents and warrants to the Agent that it shall continue to make its own appraisal of the creditworthiness of the Obligor from time to time.
