Common use of Lender’s Duties Clause in Contracts

Lender’s Duties. Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement: (a) the powers conferred on Agent or Lenders hereunder are solely to protect their interests and shall not impose any duty to exercise any such powers; and (b) except as may be required by applicable law, neither Agent nor Lenders shall have any duty as to any Collateral or as to the taking of any necessary steps to preserve rights against any parties or any other rights pertaining to any Collateral.
