Common use of Lender May Release Part of Property Clause in Contracts

Lender May Release Part of Property. Whether or not the Lender receives any value, at all times the Lender may release any part or parts of the Property or any other security or any other Person's promise for payment of all or any part of the Indebtedness or performance of the Obligations, without being accountable to the Borrower except for the money the Lender actually receives. Notwithstanding any such release, the Property, security and promises of the Borrower and other Persons remaining unreleased will remain in effect for repayment of the Indebtedness and performance of the Obligations.
