Common use of Lender Liens Clause in Contracts

Lender Liens. The Administrative Agent and each Lender hereby severally covenants and agrees with each of the other parties hereto that so long as (i) it remains the Administrative Agent or a Lender, as the case may be, and (ii) the Lien of the Mortgage on the Aircraft has not been released in accordance with the terms of the Operative Documents, it will (x) take such action as may be necessary to discharge any Lender Liens, if any, on the Aircraft attributable to it or any of its Affiliates and (y) indemnify and hold harmless the other parties hereto from and against any loss, cost or expense which may be suffered or incurred by any such Person as a result of its failure to discharge and satisfy any such Lender Lien.

The Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent each Lender hereby severally covenants and agrees with each of the other ------------ parties hereto that so long as (i) it remains the Administrative Agent or a LenderCollateral Agent, as the case may be, and (ii) the Lien of the Mortgage on the any Aircraft has not been released in accordance with the terms of the Operative Documents, it will (xX) take such action as may be necessary to discharge any Lender Liens, if any, on the any Aircraft attributable to it or any of its Affiliates and and, (yY) indemnify and hold harmless the other parties hereto from and against any loss, cost or expense which may be suffered or incurred by any such Person as a result of its failure to discharge and satisfy any such Lender Lien.
