Common use of Lender is Xxxxxxxx's Agent Clause in Contracts

Lender is Xxxxxxxx's Agent. The Borrower appoints the Lender to be the Borrower's agent to inspect or obtain copies of any records or other documents of the strata/condominium corporation that the Borrower is entitled to inspect or obtain, including the amount of any assessments or payments due to the strata/condominium corporation by the Borrower. The Lender is entitled to make inquiries as to the status of the Borrower's common expense contributions.
