Common use of Lender Documents Clause in Contracts

Lender Documents. Lender shall provide Borrower with a copy of any intercreditor which governs the relationship between Lender and the Mezzanine Lenders thereto, as such documents may be amended, revised, assigned or modified. Borrower agrees and acknowledges that it shall not be entitled hereunder to obtain a copy of any co-lender or similar agreement among the Lenders hereunder. No Loan Party shall be, or shall be deemed to be, a third-party beneficiary of any such intercreditor.
