Common use of Lender Agent Clause in Contracts

Lender Agent. Article 12 of the $50,000,000 Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the provisions set forth in Exhibit A to this Omnibus Amendment as new Section 12.21 immediately following existing Section 12.20.

Lender Agent. Article 12 11 of the $50,000,000 80,000,000 Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the provisions set forth in Exhibit A to this Omnibus Amendment as new Section 12.21 11.21 immediately following existing Section 12.2011.20.
