Legitimate Purpose. The Consultant has read carefully all of the terms and conditions of this Section 8 and agrees that the restraints set forth herein (i) are reasonable and necessary to support the legitimate business interests and goodwill of the Company, and (ii) will not preclude the Consultant from earning a livelihood during the life of this Section 8.
