Legend on Certificates. The certificates representing the Any Shares purchased by exercise of an the Option shall be subject to such stop transfer orders and other restrictions as the Committee or the Company may deem advisable under the Plan or Plan, this Agreement, the rules, regulations, and other requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission, any stock exchange upon which such Shares are listed or quoted or market to which the Shares are admitted for trading andlisted, any applicable federal Federal or state laws or relevant securities laws of the jurisdiction of the domicile of the Participant or to ensure compliance with any other applicable laws and the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation and Bylawsadditional policies or transfer restrictions which may be in effect from time to time, and the Committee may cause a legend or legends to be put on any certificates representing such certificates Shares to make appropriate reference to such restrictions.
