The certificates evidencing any of the issued and outstanding Unvested Shares shall be endorsed with a legend, in addition to any other legend required by any other agreements to which the Optionee is a party, substantially as follows: “THIS CERTIFICATE AND THE SHARES REPRESENTED BY THIS CERTIFICATE ARE SUBJECT TO AN INCENTIVE STOCK OPTION AND REVERSE VESTING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF , AND TO THE RESTRICTIONS UPON TRANSFER CONTAINED THEREIN. A COPY OF SUCH INCENTIVE STOCK OPTION AND REVERSE VESTING AGREEMENT WILL BE FURNISHED TO ANY INTERESTED PARTY UPON WRITTEN REQUEST.”
