Common use of Legally Compelled Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Legally Compelled Disclosure. In the event that any Party is requested or becomes legally compelled (including without limitation, pursuant to securities Laws) to disclose the existence or content of any of the Financing Terms hereof in contravention of the provisions of this Section 8, such Party (the “Disclosing Party”) shall promptly provide the other Parties with written notice of that fact so that such other Parties may seek a protective order, confidential treatment or other appropriate remedy. In such event, the Disclosing Party shall furnish only that portion of the information that is legally required and shall exercise reasonable efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be given to such information to the extent reasonably requested by the other Parties.

Legally Compelled Disclosure. In the event that any Party is requested or becomes legally compelled (including without limitation, pursuant to securities Lawslaws and regulations) to disclose the existence of this Agreement or content of any of the Financing Terms hereof Confidential Information in contravention of the provisions of this Section 815.4, such Party (the “Disclosing Party”) shall promptly provide the other Parties parties with prompt written notice of that fact so that such other Parties the appropriate Party may seek (with the cooperation and reasonable efforts of the other Parties) a protective order, confidential treatment or other appropriate remedy. In such event, the Disclosing Party disclosing Confidential Information shall furnish only that portion of the information that is legally required and shall exercise reasonable efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be given to accorded such information to the extent reasonably requested by the any such other Partiesnon-disclosing Party.

Legally Compelled Disclosure. In the event that any Party party hereto is requested or becomes legally compelled (including without limitation, pursuant to securities Laws) to disclose the existence or content of any of the Financing Terms hereof in contravention of the provisions of this Section 85, such Party party (the “Disclosing Party”) shall promptly provide the other Parties parties hereto with written notice of that fact so that such other Parties parties may seek a protective orderOrder, confidential treatment or other appropriate remedy. In such event, the Disclosing Party shall furnish only that portion of the information that is legally required and shall exercise reasonable efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be given to accorded such information to the extent reasonably requested by the other Partiesparties hereto.

In the event that any Party is requested or becomes legally compelled (including without limitation, pursuant to securities LawsLaws and stock exchange rules) to disclose the existence or content of any of the Financing Terms hereof in contravention of the provisions of this Section 815.10, such Party (the “Disclosing Party”) shall to the extent permissible under law promptly provide the other Parties with written notice of that fact so that such other Parties may seek a protective order, confidential treatment or other appropriate remedy. In such event, the Disclosing Party shall furnish only that portion of the information that is legally required and shall exercise reasonable efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be given to such information to the extent reasonably requested by the other Parties.

In the event that any Party is requested or becomes legally compelled (including without limitation, limitation pursuant to securities Lawslaws and regulations) to disclose the existence or content of any of the Financing Terms hereof in contravention of the provisions of this Agreement or any Terms pursuant to Section 86.2(b) above, such Party (shall, if and to the “Disclosing Party”) shall promptly extent that it can lawfully do so, provide the other Parties with prompt written notice of that fact so that such other Parties the appropriate Party may seek (with the cooperation and reasonable efforts of the other Parties) a protective order, confidential treatment or other appropriate remedy. In such event, the Disclosing disclosing Party shall furnish only that portion of the information that is legally required and shall exercise reasonable efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be given accorded to such information to the extent reasonably requested by the other Partiesany non-disclosing Party.

Legally Compelled Disclosure. In the event that any Party is requested or becomes legally compelled (including without limitation, pursuant to securities Applicable Securities Laws) to disclose the existence of this Agreement or content of any of the Financing Terms hereof in contravention of the provisions of this Section 814, such Party (the “Disclosing Party”) shall promptly provide the other Parties with prompt written notice of that fact so that such and shall consult with the other Parties may seek a protective order, confidential treatment or other appropriate remedyregarding such disclosure (only when such notice and consultation are permitted by Laws). In such any event, the Disclosing Party shall furnish only that the portion of the information that is legally required and shall exercise reasonable efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be given to provided on such information to the extent reasonably requested by the other Partiesinformation.

In such event, the Disclosing disclosing Party shall furnish only that portion of the information that is legally required and shall exercise reasonable efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be given accorded to such information to the extent reasonably requested by the other Partiesany non-disclosing Party.

Legally Compelled Disclosure. In the event that If any Party is requested or becomes legally compelled (including without limitation, pursuant to any applicable tax, securities Lawsor other Laws and regulations of any jurisdiction, or by subpoena or any requirement by any Governmental Authority) to disclose the existence or content of any of the Financing Terms hereof Confidential Information in contravention of the provisions of this Section 813.6, such Party (shall, to the “Disclosing Party”) shall extent legally permissible, promptly provide the other Parties with written notice of that fact so that such other Parties may seek a protective order, confidential treatment or other appropriate remedy. In such event, the Disclosing Party remedy and in any event shall furnish only that portion of the information that is legally required and shall exercise reasonable efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be given to accorded such information to the extent reasonably requested by the other Partiesinformation.

Legally Compelled Disclosure. In such event, the Disclosing Party shall furnish only that portion of the information that is legally required and shall exercise reasonable efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be given to accorded such information to the extent reasonably requested by the other Partiesany Non-Disclosing Party.
