Intel Warranty. Intel warrants that upon exercise of the license to the Manufacturing Package or the Design Package, it will have all necessary license rights from TTPCom with respect to TTP Com Software in order to be able to be able to use the TTP Com Software as integrated in or with Products manufactured in accordance with the terms of the manufacturing license in Section 4.1 and the design license in Section 5.1.
