Legal Representation of Agent. In connection with the negotiation, drafting, and execution of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, or in connection with future legal representation relating to loan administration, amendments, modifications, waivers, or enforcement of remedies, Xxxxxxx XxXxxxxxx LLP (“Xxxxxxx”) only has represented and only shall represent WFRF in its capacity as Agent and as a Lender. Each other Lender hereby acknowledges that Xxxxxxx does not represent it in connection with any such matters.
Legal Representation of Agent. In connection with the negotiation, drafting, and execution of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, or in connection with future legal representation relating to loan administration, amendments, modifications, waivers, or enforcement of remedies, KMR only has represented and only shall represent CNB in its capacity as Agent and as a Lender. Each other Lender hereby acknowledges that KMR does not represent it in connection with any such matters.
Legal Representation of Agent. In connection with the negotiation, drafting, and execution of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, or in connection with future legal representation relating to loan administration, amendments, modifications, waivers, or enforcement of remedies, Paul, Hastings, Jxxxxxxx & Wxxxxx LLP (“Pxxx Xxxxxxxx”) only has represented and only shall represent Foothill in its capacity as Agent and as a Lender. Each other Lender hereby acknowledges that Pxxx Xxxxxxxx does not represent it in connection with any such matters.
Legal Representation of Agent. In connection with the negotiation, drafting, and execution of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, or in connection with future legal representation relating to loan administration, amendments, modifications, waivers, or enforcement of remedies, Winston & Xxxxxx LLP (“Winston”) only has represented and only shall represent WFRF in its capacity as Agent and as a Lender. Each other Lender hereby acknowledges that Winston does not represent it in connection with any such matters.
Legal Representation of Agent. In connection with the negotiation, drafting and execution of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, or in connection with future legal representation relating to loan administration, amendments, modifications, waivers, or enforcement of remedies, Xxxxxxxx PC only has represented and only shall represent Scotiabank in its capacity as Agent and as a Lender. Each other Lender hereby acknowledges that Xxxxxxxx PC does not represent it in connection with any such matters.
Legal Representation of Agent. In connection with the negotiation, drafting, and execution of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, or in connection with future legal representation relating to loan administration, amendments, modifications, waivers, or enforcement of remedies, Xxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP (“PH”) only has represented and only shall represent CNB in its capacity as Agent and as a Lender. Each other Lender hereby acknowledges that PH does not represent it in connection with any such matters.
Legal Representation of Agent. In connection with the negotiation, drafting, and execution of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, or in connection with future legal representation relating to loan administration, amendments, modifications, waivers, or enforcement of remedies, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxxx LLP ("Xxxxxxx") only has represented and only shall represent Foothill in its capacity as Agent and as a Lender. Each other Lender hereby acknowledges that Xxxxxxx does not represent it in connection with any such matters.
Legal Representation of Agent. In connection with the negotiation, drafting, and execution of this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements, or in connection with future legal representation relating to loan administration, amendments, modifications, waivers, or enforcement of remedies, Otterbourg, Steindler, Houston & Xxxxx, P.C. has only represented and shall only represent Wachovia in its capacity as Issuing Bank and Wachovia Capital in its capacity as Agent and as a Lender. Each other Lender hereby acknowledges that such firm does not represent it in connection with any such matters.
Legal Representation of Agent. In connection with the negotiation, drafting, and execution of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, or in connection with future legal representation relating to loan administration, amendments, modifications, waivers, or enforcement of remedies, DLA has only represented and shall only represent Bank in its capacity as Agent and as a Lender. Each other Lender hereby acknowledges that DLA does not represent such Lender in connection with any such matters.
Legal Representation of Agent. In connection with the negotiation, drafting, and execution of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, or in connection with future legal representation relating to loan administration, amendments, modifications, waivers, or enforcement of remedies, Brobxxx, Xxlexxx & Xarrxxxx XXX ("BROBXXX") xnly has represented and only shall represent Foothill in its capacity as Agent and as a Lender. Each other Lender hereby acknowledges that Brobxxx xxxs not represent any other Lender in connection with any such matters.
