Legal Consultation and Revocability Periods. The Parties expressly intend, and Xxx acknowledges and agrees, that as part of the potential claims released in Paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Mutual General Releases, Xxx is herein releasing the Company Releasees from any claims that he has or may have under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, 29 U.S § 621 et seq.
