Legal and Other Fees. Unless otherwise specifically provided herein, each of the parties will pay their respective legal, accounting and other professional fees and expenses, including goods and services taxes on such fees and expenses, incurred by each in connection with the negotiation and settlement of this Agreement, the completion of the transactions contemplated hereby and other matters pertaining hereto.
