LEDGES AND WINDOWS. Tenant shall not place or permit to be placed any article of any kind on the window ledges or elsewhere on the exterior walls, and shall not throw or drop, or permit to be thrown or dropped, any article from any window of the Building, ANTENNAE, SATELLITE/MICROWAVE DISHES, ETC.: No electric wires, antennae, satellite or microwave dishes, aerial wires or other electrical equipment or apparatus shall be installed inside or outside of the Building without approval of Landlord.
