Common use of Lecture Recording Clause in Contracts

Lecture Recording. 16.1 All students may audio record any lectures given by a member of staff with prior consent of staff. The Courtauld allows disabled students to record lectures where this is deemed to be a reasonable adjustment but students should seek the agreement of the lecturer before undertaking a recording of their lecture. Visual recording of lectures is not permitted without explicit, prior consent of the lecturer and others involved.
