LEAVE POLICY - Administrative Clause Samples
The LEAVE POLICY - Administrative clause establishes the rules and procedures governing administrative leave for employees. It typically outlines the types of situations that qualify for administrative leave, such as organizational needs, investigations, or special assignments, and details the process for requesting and approving such leave. By clearly defining eligibility and procedures, this clause ensures consistency in how administrative leave is granted and helps prevent misunderstandings or disputes regarding employee absences for administrative reasons.
