Leasing powers. The restrictions contained in Sections 99 to 100 of the LPA shall not apply to restrict the rights of the Secured Party or any Receiver under this Agreement. The statutory powers of leasing may be exercised by the Secured Party or any Receiver upon and following the Enforcement Date and the Secured Party and any Receiver may make any lease or agreement for lease and/or accept any surrenders of leases and/or grant options on such terms as it sees fit without the need to comply with the aforementioned restrictions.
