Leasing powers. The restrictions contained in Sections 99 to 100 of the LPA shall not apply to restrict the rights of the Collateral Agent or any Receiver under this Debenture. The statutory powers of leasing may be exercised by the Collateral Agent or any Receiver upon and following the Enforcement Date and the Collateral Agent and any Receiver may make any lease or agreement for lease and/or accept any surrenders of leases and/or grant options on such terms as it sees fit without the need to comply with the aforementioned restrictions.

Leasing powers. The statutory powers of leasing under the CLPA may be exercised by the Administrative Agent upon and following an Event of Default which is continuing. Subject to the CLPA, the Administrative Agent and any Receiver may make any lease or agreement for lease and/or accept any surrenders of leases and/or grant options on such terms as it sees fit.
