Common use of Leasing Agreement Clause in Contracts

Leasing Agreement. Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Lease certain real estate consisting of approximately 1.4 acres of land, as legally described in attached Exhibit A, together with all easements, rights and appurtenances thereto, including, but not limited to all of Landlord's rights, if any, to use any common areas, parking, access drives and sidewalks in any center of which the real estate may be a part (the "Land"). The Land is commonly known as ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ("▇▇▇▇"), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Indiana. The Land, together with the restaurant and other related improvements now or hereafter thereon ("Improvements"), are referred to in this Lease as the "Premises." The Premises are leased subject to all restrictions, covenants, encumbrances and other matters of record on the date of this Lease.
