Common use of Leased Items Clause in Contracts

Leased Items. The following personal property is currently leased to Seller which will be transferred to Buyer 75 at Closing (Leased Items): 76 77 80 Buyer Will Will Not assume Seller’s debt and obligations under such leases for the Leased Items subject to Buyer’s review 81 under §10.6.
