Common use of Lease References Clause in Contracts

Lease References. Wherever reference is made to any provision, term or matter “in this Lease,” “herein” or “hereof,” or words of similar import, the reference will be deemed to refer to any and all provisions of this Lease reasonably related thereto in the context of such reference, unless such reference refers solely to a specific numbered or lettered article, section or paragraph of this Lease or any specific subdivision thereof.
