Common use of Lease of the Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Lease of the Aircraft. Commencing on the Delivery Date, Lessor shall lease the Aircraft to Lessee, and Lessee shall lease the Aircraft from Lessor, for the Term, and Lessee shall return the Aircraft to Lessor on the Expiration Date (or upon the earlier Termination of this Agreement as provided herein), upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Lease of the Aircraft.
