Lease Modifications. Tenant agrees that no amendment, modification, waiver, termination, tender, surrender or cancellation of this Master Lease shall be effective as against any Landlord Mortgagee or Successor Landlord unless the same shall have been consented to by Landlord Mortgagee or Successor Landlord in writing, unless otherwise provided in the Landlord Mortgage Documents.
