Common use of Lease Extension Clause in Contracts

Lease Extension. Lessor and Lessee hereby agree (subject to satisfaction of the conditions specified in Clause 5) to extend the period for which the Aircraft is leased to Lessee pursuant to the Lease from the current Expiry Date of May 30, 2001 to September 30, 2002. Accordingly, the Lease is hereby amended (subject to satisfaction of the conditions specified in Clause 5), by deleting the words "the day preceding the day which is the 60th monthly anniversary of the Delivery Date" in the definition of "Expiry Date" in Clause 1.1 and replacing them with the words "September 30, 2002".

Lease Extension. Lessor and Lessee hereby agree (subject to satisfaction of the conditions specified in Clause 5) to extend the period for which the Aircraft is leased to Lessee pursuant to the Lease from the current Expiry Date of May 30to and including February 28, 2001 to September 30, 20022003. Accordingly, the Lease is hereby amended (subject to satisfaction of the conditions specified in Clause 5), ) by deleting the words "the day preceding the day which is numerically corresponding day" through the 60th monthly anniversary words "following an Event of the Delivery DateLoss" in the definition of "Expiry Date" in Clause 1.1 and replacing them with the words "September 30February 28, 20022003".

Lessor and Lessee hereby agree (subject to satisfaction of the conditions specified in Clause 5) to extend the period for which the Aircraft is leased to Lessee pursuant to the Lease from the current Expiry Date of May 30June 25, 2001 2002 to September 30, 2002. Accordingly, the Lease is hereby amended (subject to satisfaction of the conditions specified in Clause 5), by deleting the words "the day preceding the day which is the 60th 72nd monthly anniversary of the Delivery Date" in the definition of "Expiry Date" in Clause 1.1 and replacing them with the words "September 30, 2002".

Lessor and Lessee hereby agree (subject to satisfaction of the conditions specified in Clause 5) to extend the period for which the Aircraft is leased to Lessee pursuant to the Lease from the current Expiry Date of May 30February 23, 2001 2003 to September 30, 20022003. Accordingly, the Lease is hereby amended (subject to satisfaction of the conditions specified in Clause 5), ) by deleting the words "the day preceding the day which is the 60th monthly anniversary of the Delivery Date" it in the definition of "Expiry Date" in Clause 1.1 its entirety and replacing them it with the words "following: Expiry Date September 30, 2002".2003 or if earlier the date on which:
