Common use of Lease Conditional Clause in Contracts

Lease Conditional. This lease and all of Landlord's and Tenant's obligations hereunder are expressly conditioned upon Landlord's acquisition of fee title to the Premises on or before June 30, 1997. If for any reason, including, without limitation, Landlord's refusal, Landlord does not acquire fee title to the Premises on or before June 30, 1997, this lease shall be deemed null and void and of no force or effect.

Lease Conditional. This lease and all of Landlord's and Tenant's obligations hereunder are expressly conditioned upon Landlord's acquisition of fee title to the Premises on or before June 30February 28, 19971999. If for any reason, including, without limitation, Landlord's refusal, Landlord does not acquire fee title to the Premises on or before June 30February 28, 19971999, this lease shall be deemed null and void and of no force or effect.
