Lease Binding Clause Samples

Lease Binding. This lease and the covenants, conditions, and restrictions hereof shall extend to and be binding upon the corporate successors, heirs. assigns, personal representatives, and administrators of the Parties hereto.

Lease Binding. The covenants, conditions and agreements contained in this lease shall bind and inure to the benefit of the Lessor and Lessee and their respective heirs, personal representatives and successors, and except as otherwise provided in this lease, their assigns.

Lease Binding. This Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Landlord and Tenant and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns.
