Common use of Learning Resources Clause in Contracts

Learning Resources. a. The College agrees to grant to the students of the School District enrolled in Galveston College courses the same rights, privileges, and access to the library's collections and services as students enrolled in courses on the Galveston College campuses. In addition, Galveston College will offer these students access to the library's electronic information resources through the Internet, subject to the College's licensing contracts with its vendors and available technology.
