Learners Permit Clause Samples

Learners Permit. Students need to have a valid Utah learners permit prior to scheduling the driving portion and maintain a valid active learners permit while completing the driving school program. Prior to driving students should have at least 15 hours of personal driving practice and be able to safely operate a vehicle and demonstrate basic driving skills. Students must bring their learners permit to every driving session or the session will be canceled and a fee of $50 will apply.
