The Learner Rates clause defines the fees or charges applicable to learners for a particular service, course, or program. Learner Rates. Learner jobs requiring “learner” rates, due to lack of adequate training opportunity by the promotional sequence of related jobs, shall be negotiated and made a part of this Agreement.

Learner Rates. This shall be on the basis of the required employment training and experience time specified in Factor of the job classification record of the respective job as follows:
Learner Rates. Learner Rates will apply only to the jobs shown on the list annexed to this Agreement as Appendix "G". Jobs may be added to or removed from such list by mutual agreement between the Parties.
Learner Rates. All employees, including those newly hired, learning or apprenticing a given job or trade, shall commence their training at the beginning of the first training period, unless they are judged by the Company to have experience or training which would qualify them for assignment to a higher training period.
