Common use of Learner Rates Clause in Contracts

Learner Rates. Learner jobs requiring “learner” rates, due to lack of adequate training opportunity provided by the promotional sequence of re- lated jobs, shall be negotiated and made a part of this Agreement. A scheduleof Learner Rates for the respective period of hours of actual experience with the Company shall be established at the level of the Standard Hourly Wage Scale rates for the respective Job Classes.
