Leadhand Premium Sample Clauses
Leadhand Premium. Where appointed by the Company, Leadhands shall be responsible to direct and monitor the work assignments of those employees assigned to them. The Leadhand shall receive a premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour above the highest classification within the Department, for all hours worked as a Leadhand.
Leadhand Premium. Employees assigned to work as a Relief Supervisor, Extrusion Leadhand, Maintenance Leadhand, Production Leadhand, Shipping Leadhand, or Pulp Leadhand will be paid an hourly premium for hours actually worked as follows: Relief Supervisor $2.10 Maintenance Leadhand $2.10 Extrusion Leadhand $1.50 Production Leadhand $1.50 Shipping Leadhand $1.50 Pulp Leadhand $1.50
