Lead Project Manager. Contractor shall assign a Lead Project Manager. Contractor’s assignment of a Lead Project Manager is subject to DEO approval at ▇▇▇’s sole discretion. Contractor’s Lead Project Manager shall oversee all services provided by Contractor pursuant to this Contract and shall serve as Contractor’s principal point of contact with DEO Leadership. The Lead Project Manager shall oversee and manage FL WINS, subject to DEO’s direction, and in collaboration with ▇▇▇, the Senior Project Manager for each FL WINS project, other Contractor personnel, Workforce Partners, and other entities designated by DEO (all collectively, “FL WINS Stakeholders”). The Lead Project Manager shall oversee and manage all risks and opportunities in FL WINS to ensure critical risk response and mitigation strategies are in place throughout the life of FL WINS. Lead Project Manager. 3.1.3.2.1 The Contractor shall assign a Lead Project Manager on-site at Forward Operating Site (FOS) Singapore to support the execution and completion of all DOs and associated work items under this contract and to ensure support of ship checks as delineated in this Statement of Work. The Lead Project Manager shall coordinate all technical and logistical aspects of all DOs. The Contractor shall clearly articulate any Alternate Lead Project Manager and when such Alternate Lead Project Manager has the authority to execute the responsibilities.
3.1.3.2.2 Lead Project Manager(s) shall be available 0700-1900 SGT, 365 days of the year for routine Government calls. Lead Project Manager(s) shall be available 24 hours / day, 365 days of the year for emergencies. Lead Project Manager(s) shall respond to Government calls within two (2) hours to discuss requirements of a current or prospective DO.
3.1.3.2.3 Within five (5) days of contract award, confirm the personnel responsible to respond to Government calls within two (2) hours, 365 days of the year, 24/7 for emergencies.
3.1.3.2.4 If the Contractor’s Primary and/or Alternate Lead Project Manager(s) change at any time during contract performance, the Contracting Officer shall be notified, in writing, within 24 hours of the personnel change. A copy shall be also provided to the CLWP SRU PM.
3.1.3.2.5 If the Contractor recommends the Lead Project Manager(s) travel outside of Singapore in order to support the contract or a specific DO, the CLWP SRU PM shall be notified in writing. A copy shall be also provided to Contracting Officer.
