Common use of Lead Employee Clause in Contracts

Lead Employee. Employees designated as “Lead” personnel shall be paid an hourly wage rate $0.75 per hour above the rate for the classification being led. Effective 1/1/2025 it will increase to $1.00. It is mutually understood and agreed that usage of the “Lead” designation shall be at the sole discretion of management and may or may not be utilized as business conditions dictate.
