Common use of Lead Employee Clause in Contracts

Lead Employee. Employees designated as “Lead” personnel shall be paid an hourly wage rate $0.50 per hour above the rate for the classification being led. It is mutually understood and agreed that usage of the “Lead” designation shall be at the sole discretion of management and may or may not be utilized as business conditions dictate.

It is mutually understood and agreed that usage of the “Lead” Lead designation shall be at the sole discretion of management and that Leads may or may not be utilized as business conditions dictate.
