Common use of Lead Commissioner Clause in Contracts

Lead Commissioner. The Service is a joint commission between NHS Nene CCG, NHS Corby CCG, NHS Peterborough and Cambridge CCG, collectively referred to as ‘the CCGs’ for the purposes of this Agreement and Northamptonshire County Council (the Council). The lead commissioning responsibility will rest with Nene CCG under the auspices of the Children and Young People’s Joint Commissioning Team managed by the Deputy Head of Joint Commissioning supported by the Commissioning Manager Emotional Health & Wellbeing.
