Common use of LEAD-BASED PAINT Clause in Contracts

LEAD-BASED PAINT. The requirement of the Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. 4821 et seq.), the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act (42 U.S.C. 4851 et seq.), and implementing regulations at 24 C.F.R. Part 35;

LEAD-BASED PAINT. The requirement of the Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. 4821 et seq.), the Residential Lead-Lead- Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act (42 U.S.C. 4851 et seq.), and implementing regulations at 24 C.F.R. Part 35;

LEAD-BASED PAINT. The If applicable, the requirement of the Lead-Lead- Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. 4821 et seq.), the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act (42 U.S.C. 4851 et seq.), and implementing regulations at 24 C.F.R. Part 35;.

CFR Part 35;, subparts A, B, H, J, K, M, and R shall apply to all shelters assisted under the ESG program and all housing occupied by program participants.

LEAD-BASED PAINT. The requirement of the Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. 4821 et seq.), the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act (42 U.S.C. 4851 et seq.), and implementing regulations at 24 C.F.R. Part 35;.

LEAD-BASED PAINT. The requirement of Project shall be conducted and administered in compliance with the Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act, as amended Act (42 U.S.C. 4821 et seq.§§ 4821-4846), the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992 (42 U.S.C. 4851 et seq.§§ 4851-4856), and implementing regulations at 24 C.F.R. CFR Part 35;, subparts A, B, J, K, M, and R, and with any and all applicable laws, regulations or standards hereafter enacted or issued with regard to lead-based paint.

The requirement of Sub-recipient shall comply with the Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act, as amended Act (42 U.S.C. 4821 et seq.4821-4846), the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992 (42 U.S.C. 4851 et seq.4851-4856), and implementing regulations at 24 C.F.R. Part CFR part 35;, subparts A, B, J, K, and R, which apply to activities under this Agreement.

LEAD-BASED PAINT. The requirement requirements of the Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. 4821 et seq.), and the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act (42 U.S.C. 4851 et seq.), and implementing regulations at 24 C.F.R. Part 35;.

The requirement Developer shall comply with the requirements, as applicable, of the Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act, as amended Act (42 U.S.C. 4821 et seq.), the 4821-4846) and Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act (42 U.S.C. 4851 et seq.), of 1992 and implementing regulations at 24 C.F.R. CFR Part 35;.

LEAD-BASED PAINT. The requirement Developer shall comply with the requirements, as applicable, of the Lead-Lead• Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act, as amended Act (42 U.S.C. 4821 et seq.), the 4821-4846) and Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act (42 U.S.C. 4851 et seq.), of 1992 and implementing regulations at 24 C.F.R. CFR Part 35;.

LEAD-BASED PAINT. The requirement of the Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. 4821 et seq.), the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act (42 U.S.C. 4851 4821, et seq.), ) and implementing regulations at 24 C.F.R. Part CFR part 35;, 24 CFR 965.701, and 24 CFR 968.110(k) do not require the Grantee to test and xxxxx lead-based paint in unoccupied units scheduled for demolition.

LEAD-BASED PAINT. The Borrower and the Project shall comply with the requirement of the Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. 4821 et seq.), the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act (42 U.S.C. 4851 et seq.), 4821-4846) and implementing regulations at Part 35 of Volume 24 C.F.R. Part 35;of the Code of Federal Regulations. The lead-based paint provisions of 982.401(j), except 24 CFR 982.401(j)(1)(i), also apply, irrespective of the applicable property standard under 92.251.
