The Lead Arranger shall not have any obligations or duties whatsoever in such capacity under this Agreement or any other Loan Document and the Lead Arranger shall incur any liability hereunder or thereunder in such capacity, but the Lead Arranger shall have all of the rights, benefits and privileges set forth herein.
