Common use of LC Obligations Unconditional Clause in Contracts

LC Obligations Unconditional. Subject to the last paragraph of Section 2.9(g), the obligation of Borrower to reimburse Facing Agent for drawings made under any Letter of Credit issued by it and the obligations of each Lender under Section 2.9(d) with respect thereto shall be unconditional and irrevocable and shall be paid strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement under all circumstances, including, without limitation, any of the following circumstances:

LC Obligations Unconditional. Subject to the last paragraph of Section 2.9(g), the obligation of Borrower to reimburse Facing Agent for drawings made under any Letter of Credit issued by it and the obligations of each Revolving Lender under Section 2.9(d) with respect thereto shall be unconditional and irrevocable and shall be paid strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement under all circumstances, including, without limitation, any of the following circumstances:

LC Obligations Unconditional. Subject to the last paragraph of Section 2.9(gsubsection 2.12(f), the obligation of each Borrower to reimburse Facing Agent the Bank for drawings made under any Letter of Credit issued by it and for the obligations account of each Lender under Section 2.9(d) with respect thereto such Borrower shall be unconditional and irrevocable and shall be paid strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement under all circumstances, including, without limitation, any of the following circumstances:

LC Obligations Unconditional. Subject to the last paragraph of Section 2.9(gSUBSECTION 2.12(f), the obligation of each Borrower to reimburse Facing Agent the Bank for drawings made under any Letter of Credit issued by it and for the obligations account of each Lender under Section 2.9(d) with respect thereto such Borrower shall be unconditional and irrevocable and shall be paid strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement under all circumstances, including, without limitation, any of the following circumstances:

LC Obligations Unconditional. Subject to the last paragraph of Section 2.9(g), the obligation of Borrower Borrowers to reimburse Facing Agent for drawings made under any Letter of Credit issued by it and the obligations of each Lender under Section 2.9(d) with respect thereto shall be joint and several, unconditional and irrevocable and shall be paid strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement under all circumstancescircumstances (except for any wrongful payment arising solely out of the willful misconduct, bad faith or gross negligence of Facing Agent), including, without limitation, any of the following circumstances:

LC Obligations Unconditional. Subject to the last paragraph of Section 2.9(g2.7(g), the obligation of Borrower to reimburse Facing Agent for drawings made under any Letter of Credit issued by it and the obligations of each Lender under Section 2.9(d2.7(d) with respect thereto shall be unconditional and irrevocable and shall be paid strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement under all circumstances, including, without limitation, any of the following circumstances:
