Laws and Statutes. The Board and the Association agree to abide by Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965 and to all applicable laws and statutes pertaining to employee rights and responsibilities. The employer will comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and attempt to accommodate the employee’s work restrictions within his/her current assignment.
