LAW; JURY WAIVER. The section is amended to state in its entirety: “This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the state of Oklahoma. You consent to jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal court located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. For any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Equipment, BOTH PARTIES WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO A TRIAL BY JURY.” It is expressly agreed by the parties that this Addendum is supplemental to the Agreement which is by reference made a part hereof and all the terms and conditions and provisions thereof, unless specifically modified herein, are to apply to this Addendum and are made a part of this Addendum as though they were expressly rewritten. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or incongruity between the provisions of this Addendum and any of the provisions of the Agreement, the provisions of this Addendum shall in all respects govern and control.
