Common use of Launch Dates Clause in Contracts

Launch Dates. In the event that any terms contained herein relate to or depend on the commercial launch date of AOL White Pages contemplated by this Agreement (the "Launch Date"), then it is the intention of the Parties to record such Launch Date in a written instrument signed by both Parties promptly following such Launch Date; provided that, in the absence of such a written instrument, the Launch Date will be as reasonably determined by AOL based on the information available to AOL.
