Laterals. All classified employees in the Agency, employment condition, and posted job classification(s) who express their interest either orally or in writing, shall be given serious consideration which may include an interview. The Agency shall consider only laterals first and, if none is selected, shall consider other candidates available under options B-D below. The Agency shall provide notice to laterals who are not selected.

This consideration will include an interview for all eligible lateral candidates meeting minimum qualifications. Laterals may be appointed to the vacancy prior to the consideration of other non-lateral applicants and prior to filling the vacancy through other means described under options B-D below. The Appointing Authority shall not be arbitrary, capricious, or discriminatory and must have a legitimate business reason to reject the laterals. Laterals who are not selected may contact the Agency to inquire about the reasons for their non-selection.
Laterals. User may request Lateral Spurs to existing Zayo on-net buildings from the Initial Fibers, ROFR Fibers and the Option Fibers of each Segment. Upon receipt of the request for such Lateral Spurs, Zayo shall review availability and either accept or reject the request, in Zayo’s sole discretion. In the event Zayo accepts the request, the Parties shall mutually agree to and execute a Service Order. For the avoidance of doubt, the User Requirements provision as further described in the Service Order template shall always be a provision in any Lateral Spur Service Orders.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner. 4.1.2 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities, and

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Irrigation An irrigation reduced pressure zone (hereinafter referred to as “RPZ”) is required for any irrigation systems and must be installed by the Developer and/or eventual lot owner and tested in accordance with the Minnesota Department of Health Guidelines for Designing Backflow Prevention Assembly Installations (hereinafter referred to as “Guidelines”). The initial test results and certification shall be submitted to the City of Maple Grove Public Works Department. Subsequently, the RPZ must be tested, per the Guidelines, at least annually by a certified tester with the results reported to the City of Maple Grove Building Department and the RPZ must be rebuilt as needed in accordance with the Guidelines. Test/rebuilt reports shall be mailed or faxed to the City of Maple Grove Building Department at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. The irrigation system shall be designed and the Plans shall be modified accordingly, prior to the issuance of any permits for the development of the Property, to accommodate a 1-inch water meter and a maximum flow of 50 gallons per minute.
