Later Approval and Filing. Later approval and filing of this Agreement by additional parties as set forth in Article IV, Section D, shall be deemed an authorized amendment to the Agreement already on file with the Kitsap County Auditor, without the need for reconsideration and approval by parties that have already approved and executed the Agreement.
