Common use of LATE RETURN FEE Clause in Contracts

LATE RETURN FEE. A Late Return Fee of up to $15.00 per day, up to a maximum of five (5) days/$75.00, will be applied if You return the Car more than 12 hours after the date and time previously scheduled, and You failed to notify Hertz of such change more than 24 hours prior to Your scheduled return time by calling Hertz at ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. This Fee will be applied in addition to any change in rental rate that occurs as a result of extending Your rental.
