Late. CHARGE Borrower shall pay a late charge equxx xx xxve percent (5%) of the amount of each scheduled monthly principal and interest payment that is not received by Lender on or before the tenth day of the calendar month in which it is due. Late charges shall be paid on or before the tenth day of the calendar month following the month during which they accrue. Interest on unpaid late charges shall, at Lender's discretion, accrue at xxx Xxte Rate beginning on the first day of the calendar month following their accrual.
Late. If you are late, you are disqualified. Any team not returning on or before their assigned return time will be disqualified.
Late. Tenant acknowledges that late payment by Tenant of any sum owed to Landlord under this Lease will cause Landlord to incur costs not contemplated by this Lease, the exact amounts of which are extremely difficult and impracticable to fix. Such costs include, without limitation, processing and accounting charges, time spent addressing the issue with Tenant, and late charges that may be imposed on Landlord by the terms of any obligation or note secured by any encumbrance covering the Premises. The parties agree that this late charge represents a fair and reasonable estimate of the administrative and other costs that Landlord will incur by reason of a late payment by Tenant. Acceptance of any late payment charge shall not constitute a waiver of Tenant's default with respect to the overdue payment, nor prevent Landlord from exercising any of the other rights and remedies available to Landlord under this Lease, at law or in equity, including, but not limited to, the interest charge imposed pursuant to Paragraph 22.2. 3.

Late. During the one (1) calendar year any employee found reporting late to work a fourth time without satisfactory reason shall be given a three-day lay-off, after having been warned the previous times of all the consequences. A fifth time late will result in discharge. Each year a recurrence of the above will be treated as a first offence.
